As current organizers matured and prospects were already established, Showpass needed a scalable Season Pass membership solution to replace the legacy ticket package system.

Added a new membership type within the existing memberships

I collaborated closely with a developer to map out the integration of a new season pass membership into the current membership structure

Over 45 hrs of developer time saved per season

The result: saving over 45 hours of developer time per season by eliminating manual scripts, giving organizers flexibility and independence to manage memberships on their own schedule, and delivering a simpler membership experience for season pass holders.

Monetization Design Sprint

Facilitated a 6-day Design Sprint with a cross-functional team in FigJam to evaluate the possibility of introducing paid premium features outside the regular pricing tiers.

We discovered the product struggled to clearly explain which features are included at different tiers and failed to educate users on what those features do. The core issue was that the existing foundation was muddy and not solid enough to confidently support premium features. To address this, we explored potential solutions and kicked off collaboration with finance and sales to rethink and challenge the pricing structure to create a more scalable model.
